Baked Apples Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Core two medium-to-large apples. In a bowl, mix together the ingredients of your choice. I use peanut butter, oats, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Anything works! Fill the apples with the mixture. Wrap the stuffed apples in tin foil and place in an ovenproof dish (I put them on a pie tin). Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the apples are tender but hold their shape. Allow time to cool and serve with whipped cream.
